Buyers Remorse: Returns are accepted up until 14 days of purchase must be unused and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible to pay the return shipping. Initial shipping costs will be deducted from customer refund. 

Damaged in transit: ArteFlame will send you replacement parts or a replacement within 14 days receipt. Images/video must be provided in order to verify the item is damaged/defective.
