All Arteflame Grill Aprons are designed and made in the Netherlands.  The type of leather has been used in Holland since the end of the 18th century and are still made by hand by experienced craftsmen today!!! The workmanship is second to none.

What are the return policies for buyer's remorse, damaged in transit, and defective items?

Buyers Remorse: Returns are accepted up until 14 days of purchase must be unused and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible to pay the return shipping. Initial shipping costs will be deducted from customer refund. 

Damaged in transit: ArteFlame will send you replacement parts or a replacement within 14 days receipt. Images/video must be provided in order to verify the item is damaged/defective.
