Not just durable on the outside; under the lid, quality stainless steel is used for the cooking grids, tube burners, and sear plates. The dual-layered LIFT EASE™ roll top lid provides superior heat retention, allowing you to sear, bake, roast, smoke and even turn your grill into a charcoal BBQ with the optional Cast Iron Charcoal Tray. Never leave your barbecue on again as all the Prestige® series grills come with the SafetyGlow feature where the control knobs glow red when the burner is on. Delivers high-end performance without the price tag of a high-end grill. The solid 304 stainless steel construction is designed for long-term durability and ensures the grill will hold up to the elements. The (5) main grilling burners are rated for a 12,000 BTU maximum and feature a solid 304 stainless steel tube construction while the stainless steel sear plates help protect the burners and provide even heat distribution, preventing hot and cold spots across the 500in² grill surface.

The patented "S" style wave grill grates are a signature of Napoleon grills and feature a 7.5mm thick 304 stainless steel construction to provide long-lasting durability and allow professional style grill marks. The unique Flame Throwing ignition provides a simple and reliable ignition by "shooting" a flame to the burners, making startup a breeze. The stainless steel side shelves feature integrated tool hooks for convenience and the (4) heavy-duty casters allow easy mobility and lock to stay in place. Grillers will enjoy the Safety Glow LED back-lit control knobs that turn from blue to red while the burners are in use to make for a safe grilling experience.

What are typical shipping & processing times?

Order processing time is 3-4 business days if the item is in stock. 

Delivery takes 7-14 business days on average.

If a unit is not in stock, it will have a unique lead time depending on the SKU. 

What are the return policies for buyer's remorse, damaged in transit, and defective items?

Damaged in transit: Do NOT ACCEPT the product if it's delivered with obvious damage. Deny the package and ask for a Return Authorization Number. 

If there is no obvious damage on the packaging, check for damage inside the pallet. If there's any damage, note it on the Bill of Lading. If you receive it with concealed damage, it will be handled on a case by case basis. Please send an email to info@homebarselect with images of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will send further instructions.

It is your responsibility to prove the damage was made during delivery if you accept an obviously damaged shipment.

Defective Items: Manufacturer's defects will be handled according to the product's manufacturer warranty. Parts can be shipped to you, if a part is defective. If the whole unit is defective, we may ask you to ship it back to the warehouse. Item must be unused and in it's original packaging. The package will assessed upon receipt. If it's in acceptable condition, the customer will receive a refund/exchange.

Buyer's Remorse returns are not accepted.

Warranty
