On delivery, the delivery tech.'s & I noticed damages that I notified your company about. This is the great part of this email. I called your customer service line and spoke to Ms. Navi. She, very efficiently, gave me instructions of what I needed to accomplish, so we can correct my transactions issues. From this first contact Ms. Navi demonstrated great concern for my purchase and diligence to ensure my satisfaction. So much so she contacted me via email at least twice a week at times as many as five times a week seeking resolution and following up with me.
